1. Agreement

By using ThinkADU QuickBooks Connector ("the App"), you agree to the terms of this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

ThinkADU grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for internal bookkeeping and accounting purposes in connection with QuickBooks Online.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The App accesses QuickBooks data through Intuit's official API using OAuth 2.0 authentication.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. ThinkADU does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

ThinkADU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App. This includes but is not limited to financial losses resulting from incorrect data entry or reporting.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and disconnect it from QuickBooks Online at any time. ThinkADU reserves the right to terminate access to the App at its discretion.

9. Changes to This Agreement

ThinkADU may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
